How come that there is a transaction but no feedback?

Most likely that customer is waiting to test the product before actually leaving the feedback, even though it can be edited at any time the customer wants.

I feel much like you.
That's why I slave over this keyboard 18+ hours a day moderating, as a volunteer, because scamming people and ripping off people are not the future they are the past. I put every hour I can into making this a fact here at Silk Road.

I'd gladly except a customer service position with Silk Road if he offered but I have to live off of what few tips I get from a vendor here or a customer there that knows I do my best to keep them safe and provide them with as much info as I have on hand.
